The trek begins from the village of Chame and follows the Marsyangdi River upstream before reaching Tilicho Base Camp. After crossing the pass, the trail descends to Tilicho Lake, which is situated at an altitude of 4,919 meters (16,140 feet) and is one of the highest lakes in the world. Day 02:- Besisahar-Bahundada (1310m.) 5-6 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 03:- Bahundada-Chamje (1420m.) 6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 04:- Chamje-Dharapani (1860m.) 5-6 hours walk and overnight hotel.

Day 05:- Dharapani-Chame (2670m.) 6 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 06:- Chame-Lower Pisang (3200m.) 6 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 07:- Lower Pisang-Manang (3540m.) 5 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 08:- Acclimatization day in Manang and sightseeing in local village and overnight hotel.

Day 09:- Manang-Shree Kharka (4000m.) 4 hours walking and overnight hotel.

Day 14:- Jomsom-Pokhara flight 15-18 minute in the morning and transfer to hotel.

Day 15:- Pokhara-Kathmandu by drive 6 to 8 hours, air 25 minute and overnight hotel.
